Day 12. Vienna

It may not look much but this hotel is by far the dearest yet. €130 ! Close to Vienna I guess. Never mind , it had the best breakfast as well.
I fixed spoke number 6,( mumble, mumble, ) and then we did the final stretch into Vienna Central. (Zentrum)
Met a nice Serbian lady, Jana, who offered to show us her home town in East Serbia when we pass that way. Who knows ? Her and her hubby showed us the way into town
Vienna really is a lovely city. Stunning buildings , old ,but also some ultra modern. AND, cycle ways everywhere! It's the only way to see the sights.
Statues of Mozart, and Mozart in person, he's selling tickets to the theatre nowadays
We loved St Stephens Cathedral, while outside the bicycle taxis waited for business
What impressed me most about Vienna were the huge parks. It was Saturday and everybody was playing something somewhere, or just having barbecues ( mostly Turks) along the water front
We crossed back to the left bank to leave Vienna, (they spell it Wien but it sounds the same.) tricky path out using the underside of the bridges and with the help once again of a good tail wind , and a bottle of coke, got to the village of Orth for the night.
